After 10
years at Guy's and St Thomas' during Medical
School and GP VTS, I escaped to QMW for a
year to take
an MSc in Sports Medicine. This allowed me
to travel extensively....firstly as an
Expedition Doctor and later with
Sports Teams. I've settled down now in a GP
Partnership in South London and also combine
this with working
for some Football Clubs and returning to
Guy's Hospital to do an NHS Sports Medicine
Clinic.
I am passionate about teaching and am a GP
trainer. Having
noted the difficulties
and increasing expense in both becoming a GP
and securing a job in the current climate, I
hope our courses
can show that high quality does not
necessarily equate to high cost.

With my
previous love of football merging into work,
I can now think of nothing better than
travelling abroad and getting lost in a good
book on the way. The best advice I've ever
received was from a renowned Teacher; 'Carpe
Diem!' (Seize the Day!)....I'll be happy if
we can instil this attitude in anyone
attending our courses.
